MPC would like to welcome the newest member of our team, Tracy Merritt.  Ms. Merritt possesses exceptional
orginizational skills and a strong front office managerial background.  Tracy is instrumental in the harmonious
flow and exchange of data and information.     
Russ Cook:     russcook@mountainpeakcontrols.com
Mr. Cook possesses 20+ years experience in process controls management.  Having earned AAS degrees in
Industrial Process Instrumentation and Computer Electronics from the University of Anchorage Alaska, Russ
provides expertise in several industry fields such as complete systems retro fitting,  instrumentation
calibrations,  control systems design/build/integration, start-up and project management.  Mr. Cook has
employed his skill set in various control environments which include Industrial Automation Control,
Water/Wastewater Management, Food/Beverage and the Oil & Gas industry.
Brian Mitchem:     bmitchem@mountainpeakcontrols.com
Mr. Mitchem earned his degree in AAS Instrumentation Technology from Colorado Northwestern CC and now
heads MPC's western slope operations.  Brian has the experience of 25+ years in the automation controls
industry providing solutions for all phases of controls design, build and integration in various environments
such as water / wastewater treatment, manufacturing and sugar production.  Mr. Mitchem continues to be an
integral part of the daily operations and continued success at Mountain Peak Controls.    
    
Lowell Dickmeier:     ldickmeier@mountainpeakcontrols.com
Mr. Dickmeier has 25+ years experience in design, build, installation, start-up, retrofits, and service of control
systems used in a variety of process applications for municipal and industrial environments. Lowell’s industry
experience includes water/wastewater treatment facilities, mining, manufacturing, food/beverage, dairy,
material handling and concrete processing.  Technical qualifications include AC/DC electrical distribution, AC
Drive Fundamentals, SCADA systems design, PLC programming and industrial software

Mr. Carnes has been with MPC, Inc. since 2001 as a control system specialist and project manager. Utilizing
30+ years of process-industrial control experience; including employment at Allen-Bradley, Bailey Controls
and Centennial Water & Sanitation District. Process controls experience ranges from aerospace industry to
zoos. Education includes B.S. in Business Administration and an Electronics Technology degree with
additional two years of special high intensity training at the Allen-Bradley headquarters.
Matt Michaud:     mmichaud@mountainpeakcontrols.com
Mr. Michaud has 19 years experience in electronics design, troubleshooting and control process technology
implementation. He has earned degrees in Mechanical Technology and Business.  Matt has excelled in
Industrial electronic application and design since 1994, and is well versed in electro-hydraulic and pneumatic
process design.  Mr. Michaud continually strives to achieve results orientated solutions for the needs and
requirements of MPC’s municipal, industrial and commercial clients.
Rich Douglas:     rdouglas@mountainpeakcontrols.com
Mr. Douglas is an MPC  systems integration specialist with 20+ years as a control panel wiremen
encompassing design, wiring, integration and troubleshooting.  Rich is a certified PLC programmer for
Allen-Bradley, Bristol Babcock and Campbell Scientific, Inc. with extensive experience in HMI design and
integration for RSView and Wonderware.  A field technician experienced in complete setup and installation of
radio telemetry systems, instruments & instrumentation calibration and system wide troubleshooting
knowledge.

Mr. Cook has a combined 25 years experience in operations engineering, supervision and process controls
implementation.  Rick earned an associates degree in Applied Science Welding Technology from Mesa
College in Grand Junction, Co and earned certification from Infraspecton Institute in Thermographic
Applications.  Mr. Cook's diverse applications background continues to be a valuable asset to Mountain Peak
Controls and its customers.

programming software.  Brad is a State of Colorado Journeyman Electrician well versed in industrial electrical
controls systems integration, maintenance and troubleshooting.  Mr. Begeman has garnered his industry
knowledge through continued educational opportunities at Red Rocks Community College, as well as,
industry specific courses with Rockwell Automation and Rexell / Ryall, having applied his expertise in various
residential, commercial and industrial environments.
